FAQ: Injured Birds
"I found an injured bird. What should I do?"
The best thing to do is call the local nature center, bird rehabilitation center or the zoo. They will have the local phone number of an organization that can assist you. For larger birds of prey like hawks, eagles, owls and falcons, there may be a special Raptor center near you that will nurse the birds back to health.
